I have never seen anyone who looked like themselves at a funeral, but my dad did look like he was peacefully sleeping in a natural state. Thank you for doing such a great job from beginning to end and for being so compassionate and affordable. Roy has been assisting with funerals and visitations since 2006. Together they have one son, Anthony, two daughters, Stephanie and Amanda and six grandchildren.

Robert began his career in funeral service at Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith in 1988 while in high school. He graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and received his Embalmers and Funeral Directors license in Arkansas in 1990. Scott gained valuable experience managing funeral homes and cemeteries throughout the region including Longview, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 1999, Scott was offered the opportunity to move back to Arkansas to manage Nelson’s Funeral Home and Crematory and Fairview Memorial Gardens. Bob was nicknamed "Tuffy" at a young age and referred to in his later years by his dear friend as "Bobby Do Right". Bob was the best storyteller, and if you knew him well, he could recall any event or any person, down to the most finite detail.
