Bobby attended mortuary school and the University of Arkansas in Hope and went on to obtain a bachelor’s in business management and a Master’s in Business Administration. Bobby has a passion for people which is what drew him to this industry. His kind and calm nature are sure to put others at ease while his professionalism provides a great experience to each family he has the pleasure of serving.
He joined the Air Force shortly afterwards and served honorably for over 20 years. In 1963, he met his lifelong wife on a bus traveling to Little Rock and the two were married shortly thereafter. He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran and worked with the Titan II missile squadron and the 314th MAC Supply squadron during his time in the service. He retired from the Air Force in 1979 and began working as a supervisor for Falcon Jet in Little Rock. Mark has been in funeral service for over 35 years and is a graduate of Dallas Institute of Funeral Service.

Robert began his career in funeral service at Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith in 1988 while in high school. He graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and received his Embalmers and Funeral Directors license in Arkansas in 1990. Scott gained valuable experience managing funeral homes and cemeteries throughout the region including Longview, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 1999, Scott was offered the opportunity to move back to Arkansas to manage Nelson’s Funeral Home and Crematory and Fairview Memorial Gardens. John began his career working for a funeral home during high school. He graduated in 1985 from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma with a B.S. Robert and his wife Tammy have one daughter, Emily, and two sons, Hunter and Andrew. Eddie, a licensed funeral director and embalmer, is a lifelong Lonoke County resident. He is a 1977 graduate of Lonoke High School and a 1988 graduate of Dallas Institute of Funeral Service.
Colby grew up in Fayetteville and graduated from Fayetteville High School in 2009. In 2012 he graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. You were compassionate and explained everything in detail as you helped him plan his own funeral. When he passed, you took so much care and compassion and made him look so natural at his funeral. I have never seen anyone who looked like themselves at a funeral, but my dad did look like he was peacefully sleeping in a natural state. When the chaplain did not show up, the staff did a wonderful job leading the service. Amanda joined the Moore’s family in 2020, but has been working in the funeral industry since 2014. Bob was nicknamed "Tuffy" at a young age and referred to in his later years by his dear friend as "Bobby Do Right". Bob was the best storyteller, and if you knew him well, he could recall any event or any person, down to the most finite detail. He truly loved his family, friends, and neighbors with all his heart; they were the center of his life. He loved spending time with them and participating in activities with them. He loved watching and participating in all sports and he especially enjoyed bowling, golf, football , baseball, and softball games.

And when we lamented the fact we couldn’t get my mother a purple casket , they had the vault painted purple for her . You helped us stay in budget we’re not pushy as others in the past have been which was great. When our florist dropped the ball and didn’t deliver the casket spray, the kids or grandkids flowers you had a silk casket spray available for use which meant so much to us.
